Hey!

I just finished uploading pics from today's solar eclipse, and if you're with me longer than a week then you know that I'm OBSESSED with everything connected with astronomy and I couldn't miss this day! so this journal will be kind of informative and with some funny stuff.. I think.. I'm SO EXCITED all day since I woke up, and I didn't even had to drink coffee but I "accidentally" drank two of them and now I feel like a pneumatic hammer..



First things first - some scientific stuff:
Solar eclipse is a type of eclipse that occurs when the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth, and the Moon fully or partially blocks ("occults") the Sun.
I already linked to you  the map where you can see the full / partially eclipse, so if you live here and you missed it - bravo. The next chance to see the partial Sun eclipse in Poland is in six years but super lame one, and the (almost) full eclipse will be in the year 2073 ^^
If the weather was bad and you couldn't see the Sun, or you live outside the mentioned in the link zones - I haz some pictures for you! :la:

I actually had some difficulties with taking pics since I use the cam in my phone :B But I quickly found out that I can take quite good pics where you can see the sun in the bokeh soo.. here it goes! :la: Just remember that the bokeh picture is mirrored so all of them should be turned in 180 degrees.. I could do that in PShop but I'm too lazy now :B

I finished taking pics at 11:19 because my butt hurt so bad because I was sitting at my windowsill.. I did a great super secret headquarters on my windowsill.. well not that secret because I live on the ground floor and people that were walking on the parking were looking on me like I was crazy or something :B Especially because I was listening to "Last Christmas" really loud for a half of the time and I had my super amazing glasses on!

I need to show ya my glasses! I was doing them yesterday in the evening, because I have to had something that would prevent my eyes from burning out in the sweet sweet sunbeams. So I grabbed the sunglasses that my friend left at my place long time ago, and taped up like 4 or 5 layers of camera tape (yeah I know I said to y'all that camera tape won't work, but I was REALLY careful and used one layer of pure black tape and three others with deep deep brown).. And here they are!

Hmm... yes, I suppose that I did somehow see this... did you re-post it? I think that you did.
